Welcome to ArtexPunch! By using our services—whether for vector conversion, embroidery digitizing, graphics, printing separations, or apparel manufacturing—you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, we recommend not using our services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

    By placing an order with ArtexPunch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, worldwide.

  2. Services Provided

    ArtexPunch specializes in:

    • Raster-to-vector conversion
    • Embroidery digitizing
    • Graphics design (banners, sign boards, yard boards, visiting cards)
    • Halftone, CMYK & Pantone color separations for printing
    • DTF transfers, patches, T-shirts, hoodies, labels, and caps manufacturing

    We deliver premium quality with manual work only (no AI tools used) and ensure a fast turnaround time.

  3. File Compatibility & Sampling
    • We highly recommend clients run a sample test before going into final production.
    • ArtexPunch will not be responsible for production issues if a design is used without proper testing.
    • For embroidery digitizing, sew-out samples are advised before bulk production.
  4. Ownership of Files
    • Once delivered and paid, all final files belong to the client.
    • ArtexPunch does not retain ownership or resell client designs.
    • We do not use or share copyrighted material without explicit client consent.
  5. Revisions, Edits & Refunds
    • Minor edits (e.g., small adjustments in digitizing or vector) are free for 30 days after delivery.
    • Major edits (e.g., size change, redesign, or different format) may incur extra charges.
    • Refunds are only applicable if:
      1. A file has a genuine technical fault that prevents proper usage
      2. ArtexPunch fails to resolve it after edits.
    • Refunds are not available for change of mind or if the file was already used in production.
  6. Delivery of Orders
    • Files are delivered via email or client portal (where applicable).
    • Turnaround time: typically, 24 hours, but may vary for complex projects.
    • Rush orders can be accommodated; additional charges may apply.
  7. Payment Terms
    • Payments must be made as per invoice deadlines.
    • Orders may be withheld if payments are delayed beyond 7 days
    • ArtexPunch accepts international payments via approved methods (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)
  8. Pricing & Updates
    • Prices may change with or without prior notice.
    • Promotional discounts or special packages may be offered from time to time.
  9. Suspension of Services

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

    • Abuse, harassment, or misbehavior towards staff
    • Repeated late payments
    • Misuse of files or false claims against ArtexPunch
  10. Copyright & Legal Compliance
    • Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to logos, artworks, or designs provided to us.
    • ArtexPunch respects intellectual property laws and does not knowingly work on infringing material.
    • Copyright complaints can be sent to legal@artexpunch.com with full supporting details
  11. Limitation of Liability
    • ArtexPunch is not liable for losses caused by misuse of files, failure to test samples, or production errors outside our control
    • Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid.
  12. Changes to Terms

    ArtexPunch may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
