    ArtexPunch delivers custom projects. This Refund & Revision Policy is designed to ensure fairness and maintain professional standards in our services.

  2. Revisions
    • Free Revisions:
      Unlimited minor edits (size, color changes, small stitch corrections) are free within 7 days of delivery.
    • Major Revisions:
      Significant design changes (e.g., new logo, major layout modification) are treated as a new order and will incur additional charges.
    • Manufactured Products:
      Minor printing/stitching adjustments can be made before production begins. Once production has started, revisions are limited.
  3. Refunds

    Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • The delivered file/product does not match the approved specifications.
    • A technical issue on our side prevents file delivery.
    • Manufactured products with a clear production fault (e.g., wrong size, incorrect design, poor print quality).

    Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Change of mind after order approval.
    • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client instructions.
    • Minor color variations (screen vs. print/fabric differences).
    • Customized products once production has started.
  4. Revision & Refund Timeline
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
    • Revisions for embroidery and vector files can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
    • After this period, revisions or refunds may no longer be available.
  5. Process to Request Revision or Refund
    1. Email our support team at support@artexpunch.com with your order ID.
    2. Clearly describe the issue and attach screenshots/photos if applicable.
    3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
    4. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
