- Scope & Who We Are
ArtexPunch is a Pakistan-registered sole proprietorship owned by Masroor Ahmed, providing global design and manufacturing services. Our expertise includes:
- Raster-to-vector conversion
- Embroidery digitizing
- Graphics design (banners, sign boards, yard boards, visiting cards)
- Halftone & Color Separation (CMYK)
- Pantone Color Separation (PMS)
- Apparel & merchandise manufacturing (DTF transfers, patches, T-shirts, hoodies, labels, caps)
- Roles & Legal Bases (Controller vs. Processor)
For website/marketing data we act as controller; for project files we act as processor. Legal bases: contract necessity, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations. In the U.S./California, we do not sell/share data (CCPA/CPRA).
- What We Collect
- Data you provide: name, company, job title, email, phone, billing/shipping address, quotes, invoices, artwork, specifications, communication, marketing choices.
- Data collected automatically: IP, device, browser, time zone, pages visited, cookies, analytics.
- Payment data: processed via third-party providers; we don’t store full card numbers.
- Children & sensitive data: not collected intentionally; services are for business use only.

All services are performed manually by skilled professionals. No AI or automated design tools are used. Files are handled with confidentiality.

- Professional advisors (auditors, legal)
- Compliance/safety obligations
- Business transfers (mergers, sale of assets)

- Account/orders: 3–7 years
- Invoices/tax: 7 years
- Marketing: until unsubscribed or inactive 24 months

We use encryption, access controls, least-privilege access, and backups. No method is 100% secure; clients should use strong passwords and report suspected unauthorized access.
- Your Rights

- Marketing Preferences
Marketing emails are sent only with consent. You can unsubscribe anytime. Service-related emails (orders, invoices) will still be sent.
- Intellectual Property & Client Content
Clients must have rights to provided artwork/logos. Clients retain ownership of deliverables after payment. We may keep project files for reorders/support unless deletion is requested (subject to legal obligations).

Our site may link to third-party services with separate privacy policies. Please review them before sharing personal data.
- Notice at Collection (U.S.)
We collect categories listed in Section 3 for purposes in Section 4. We do not sell/share data or use sensitive information in ways restricted by California law.
